It's probably because I'm just so fed up at this point, but W has never sounded so dumb as he did this morning. And how are they possibly getting away with pinning this N Korea nuke thing on Clinton?!? It's maddening!

Clinton Administration + some tense negotiations w/ N Korea = no N Korean nukes.
Bush Administration + cut off negotiations w/ N Korea = N Korea has a nuke.
